– USING INSURANCE –

For a detailed article on why I don’t take insurance and why many clients prefer private pay for therapy services, see my brief article on insurance by clicking here.

There is an amazing, free service called The SuperBill that helps clients check their out-of-network benefits, file and track claims, and more, including filing superbills for out-of-network reimbursement when paying cash for therapy. Click here to read about this convenient service to see if it’s right for you and sign up. (I don’t have any business affiliation with them.)

I can provide superbills (standardized, detailed receipts) upon request so you may seek reimbursement with your insurance for payments to out-of-network providers. Please check your out-of-network benefits directly or using The SuperBill.com for patients.

My vision and approach

I help individuals, couples, and groups interpret behaviors and thoughts to facilitate growth toward therapeutic goals so they are empowered to unlock their full potential and experience healing relationships and ultimately improve well-being in society.

My motto is “God’s work first.” This is why I comitt to putting therapy first.

‘Lord, when did we see thee hungry and feed thee, or thirsty and give thee drink? And when did we see thee a stranger and welcome thee, or naked and clothe thee? And when did we see thee sick or in prison and visit thee?’

And the King will answer them, ‘Truly, I say to you, as you did it to one of the least of these my brethren, you did it to me.’

(Matthew 25:37-40, RSV)

My vision includes giving back to others and serving society as a whole one person at a time. I am dedicated to making Olmstead Therapy services accessible by addressing financial hurdles.

If as a client you feel we’re a good match, we’ll work together to make the costs manageable. I offer unmatched, competitive rates. Connect with me today.

St. Gregory of Nazianzus on Philanthropy (4th century)

I must conclude that love of the poor, and compassion and sympathy for our own flesh and blood, is love’s most excellent form. For God is not so served by any of the virtues as he is by mercy, since nothing else is more proper than this to God… We must open our hearts, then, to all the poor, to those suffering evil for any reason at all, according to the Scripture that commands us to ‘rejoice with those who rejoice and weep with those who weep.’
